Defective or incorrect products If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to start a return
- Email support@leevalentra.com with your order number and reason.
- Our team responds within 24 hours with instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging.
- Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving it.
Refund method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping costs
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
- For a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
