Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Delivery times

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
  • Other governorates: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days
  • International (where available): timeframe shown at checkout

Shipping fees

  • Free shipping on orders above EGP 1000
  • A standard fee applies to orders below EGP 1000
  • Express delivery is available in Cairo and Giza
